Janet is certified and teaches the Silver Sneakers class offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  She enjoys working with older adults and works with them on strength, balance, cardio and relaxation.  She is a Registered Nurse (RN), getting her Bachelor's through UW-Eau-Claire. Janet's interests include Tennis, Kayaking and hiking.
