Our classes include a multitude of exercises to target various muscle groups that are essential for everyday functionality. Whether you are a beginner or experienced gym goer you can find benefits in our classes. Group exercise also offers a community for you to become a part of at the gym. Morale is always high in class, moreover you can make a workout friend to hold you accountable. Having a friend in the gym can help you stay on track with your goals, they can motivate you to go even when you may not want to.

Our group exercise classes are not exclusive to anyone, you don’t have to be in any kind of shape to join. We offer different classes to apply to different age groups as well as different types of training. Anybody that has a body can be an athlete in these classes. The philosophy behind this type of exercise is an all-inclusive lifestyle change. Our classes are distinctive, if not unique, in its focus on maximizing training benefits, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, constant training and practice with functional movements, and the development of successful diet strategies.

The goal of these classes are to build physical skills in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance, agility, and accuracy. These skills transfer into an ability to pick up – and do well at – nearly any sport or physical challenge that an athlete may encounter.
